My meals are prepped and ready for the week! Man does it feel good to be prepared to eat clean and stay on track for the whole week. When I don't meal prep, I still find myself (attempting to) making healthy choices at the store, but let's be honest, after a long day Chick-Fil-A just sounds so much better than going home and slaving over a stove to make grilled chicken and brown rice. This week's preps took me about 2 and half hours total to prepare everything. 2 and a half hours to ensure I'm making healthy choices and not spending unnecessary money on fast food.
