Cauli-Tots Recipe

Who doesn’t love tator tots? They are so delicious but have pretty much zero nutritional value. Well, following the new trend of replacing bad things with cauliflower, here are some cauli-tots!


Cauli-tots
Head of Cauliflower
Corn Meal
Oregano
Shredded Cheese
Egg
Salt & Pepper
  1. Chop the cauliflower then steam for about 10 minutes or until soft. I’ve made these with and without first steaming the cauliflower. I prefer the steamed method.
  2. Transfer the cauliflower to a huge mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well, then push into muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until browned.
  5. To freeze, put tots on a baking dish and freeze individually, then transfer to a zip lock bag.
